1 Bathroom Design: Our friendly, qualified bathroom designer & surveyor will first of all visit your home at a time to suit you. He will measure the room and make a detailed site survey, along with drawing a scale plan of your bathroom. The survey not only gives the information needed in order to design according to the size and shape of the bathroom, but also allows our experienced surveyor to assess any particular issues that your property might present that may require attention. With the technical part of the survey complete, our surveyor will sit down with you to learn more about your requirements, and discuss what you would like to be included in your bathroom design.
Following the survey visit, a written Quotation is hand delivered to you within 5 working days. This provides an ‘easy read’ step by step guide to what is to be removed, detailing the preparation and ingredients to the new room, right through to the finishing touches, along with the overall cost involved.
We are always here to talk to if you decide to make alterations to the original plan or content – costs can be adjusted accordingly – however if you are comparing quotes, please remember that the quality of our chosen manufacturers is of the highest, and that products offered from other service providers may not carry equal standards or guarantees.

2Bathroom Furniture and Feature Choices: Having accepted the quotation for your new Brilliant Bathroom, a convenient appointment is then made for you to visit our Hayling Island showroom in order to browse our wide ranging collections of bathroom furniture. By coordinating all style and colour choices within our own showroom, our guidance and experience will make it easy for you to find the perfect combination to bring your dream bathroom to life.
We display a wide range of bathroom tiles for floors and walls, of varied colours and textures, which eliminates the need to visit any other outlet.
As an alternative to tiles, a more modern option of ‘Wetwall Panels’ can be chosen which offer an easy clean wall covering with no grout lines. They are often installed within a new shower area to coordinate with existing tiles in the rest of the room.
All Furniture Door Styles, Colours, Handles and Vanity Surfaces can be chosen to compliment your chosen tiles or ‘Wetwall Panels’. You will be able to view WCs, Basins, Showers, Taps and many accessories – which all combine to create your ‘Brilliant Bathroom’.
3 Bathroom Installation & Fitting: The Installation Date of the new room is arranged with you to fit around any potential holidays or commitments that you may have.
Installation by our team of bathroom fitters usually takes place 6-8 weeks after your choices have been made. We have employed our own experienced bathroom fitters for many years, all of whom are highly skilled, experienced, clean, tidy and trustworthy. The utmost care is taken to limit disruption to your household, and dustsheets are always laid to ensure cleanliness.
Responsibility is taken to ensure your household’s security, including the setting of any alarms, as we are often installing whilst a customer is at work, or even on holiday.
Our Bathroom Installation Manager oversees the progress of the new room from start to finish. He will communicate with you regarding the height or position you require things to be, and ensure that the timing of plastering, decoration, floor fitting etc. runs smoothly. Paint colour samples are brought to you, in order for a choice to be made that perfectly compliments the room. If you have opted for cushioned vinyl flooring, the vast range of samples are also brought to you towards the end of the installation, for the choice to be coordinated alongside furniture and tiles that have been fitted.

4 Bathroom After Care & Guarantee: Upon completion of your new bathroom, our Installation Manager will advise you on the operation, cleaning and maintenance of the various products within the bathroom. Each manufacturer that we use offers its own relevant product guarantee, and Brilliant Bathrooms also provides a one year guarantee which covers the workmanship of the bathroom as a whole. Should any queries arise, our Installation Manager is contactable at all times in order to provide you with aftercare service and above all, peace of mind.
